CP GRAIN GRAIN TABLET – Domperidone + Flunarizine + Ketorolac is a combination of three medicines: Domperidone, Flunarizine, and Ketorolac which prevent migraines accompanied by nausea/vomiting.
Domperidone is an antiemetic and prokinetic that blocks the action of dopamine (a chemical messenger) in the brain which causes nausea and vomiting. Flunarizine is a calcium channel blocker that works by preventing the narrowing of blood vessels in the head thereby preventing migraine headaches. Ketorolac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that can help with migraine symptoms. Its effectiveness depends on the cause of the migraine.
